Spotless hotel, brand-new rooms, comfortable location in a quiet area which was great. Stuff was especially helpful, and facilities where great here. Good meals. Overall enjoyable stay for the price.

The hotel has a fantastic location near many restaurants and attractions in Gastonia. The area is peaceful and quiet, which was wonderful. The rooms are newly renovated and spotless, offering a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi tub.

The lay out of the room and the space.
There were maintenance issues. The AC cover was broken, outlets didnt work and the outlet behind the bed was separated from the wall which is a fire hazard.

There was never enough food for the ones who got up after 7 because the early travelers ate everything and there was no replenishing of food. The staff at the front lobby was very friendly.
The price of the One bed and a couch was too much, the couch looked like a little cot for a child and even my son was uncomfortable on it, they gave us clean towels but they were all semi wet, they did not have enough towels to go around, knocking on guest doors for towels or either asking if they were finish with towels so they could wash them.

The room was impeccable and brand-new with a jacuzzi tub. I had a good rest. The location on the edges of the comforter was favorable and absolutely perfect. It was 1 mi from Five Guy's, offering quick-service food.

Phone didn't work to call front desk and we saw several ants and they ran out of washcloths!!
